Exciting, unique and completely original

D. Halstead Artworks inkjet prints are completely unique in every respect. First, the process used is quite unusual in the art world. I capture original photography from video footage I shoot. Carrying around a Canon Elura digital camcorder where ever I go, I find interesting subject matter everywhere! The process I use on captured videography is different for every series, and I always attempt to create a look of traditional silk-screen prints. I use a high-quality inkjet printer on acid-free textured papers because every single inkjet print is different and unique because of a multitude of factors - humidity, paper lots, ink cartridges, and etc.
